Schatz Return Policy
Due to hygiene concerns we do not offer refunds or exchanges for our products. However, we do offer replacements depending on a case by case basis and it is always our endeavor to help our customers to the best of our ability. You could contact us by email for specific cases and management reserves the right to take exception in special cases except the following:
- Items that have been used or opened
- An item not returned in the condition it was received.
- Any item received by us in a damaged condition.
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
- The item may be damaged during transit
- Or that a wrong item is delivered to you
Only in such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given below. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
Replacement Policy
Replacement request must be made within 7 days of purchase and must not be part of above list
There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the reasons mentioned above.
If you claim a leakage in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process please send us an email with the following details, within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will issue a product exchange for any product that is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging and can be verified to be damaged/faulty. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package, for your exchange request to be fully processed and closed.
Once all the details are received, it would take our team 3 working days to revert on the complaint/ query/ issue. In case an exchange is approved for your complaint, you will be informed of the same with an authorization number, and a reverse pick-up of the product will be arranged.
All products to be exchanged must be sent back to us packed in the same packaging as it was received in and physically accompanied in the reverse pick-up by the original receipt and a document that states the following:
Once the package is received by us, the exchange order will be processed within 48 hours. You will then be informed of the new consignment tracking details.
Schatz is not responsible for damage after delivery.
RETURNS ARE NOT POSSIBLE IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- Used products
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers, including price tags & labels.
WHEN DO WE ISSUE REFUND?
Refunds are provided only in cases of damage in transit or cannot provide replacement due to no stock availability. In case of returns, a refund is issued once the products are received at our warehouse.
Refund Policy
Cases of goods unavailability or service problem:
- If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives, but at the end choice of customer will be final
- If the order is confirmed by us and order is not able to ship the product on time, then we give refunds to customer, if customer demands
- 100% refund will be given, if product is not available or vendor is not able to ship the products
- For courier products, if the delivery address is out-side the service area, then only 100% refund will be given
Cases of customer demanding refunds:
- Refund will be 90% of Order Cost, in case of customer don’t want suitable and available replacement of product
- In express-orders only 90% refund will be given, if the delivery address is out-side the service area
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders once placed through our website cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully placed.
